I have a new neighbor that talked me into canning peaches with her. I was up until 12:30, but look how great they look. It was very self satisfying. I have never canned before!

Oh those look so beautiful! I have canned very little, but I always think it's fun. It's like art: you create something beautiful--even better because it's edible.
I am so impressed! Do they grow peaches down there?
